Tom Fotsch Named 2026 Don Richards Leadership Award Recipient

Tom currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at EmbedTek, and has played a pivotal role in advancing innovation, improving operations, and driving growth at the manufacturing company.

He currently serves on the Alliance’s Policy Board and has been instrumental in the launch and success of the Waukesha County Center for Growth, having served on its Board of Directors, and championing the organization’s GROW Fund.

About the Award:
Don Richards was publisher of The Milwaukee Business Journal and president of the Board of the Waukesha Area Chamber of Commerce (now the Alliance) in 1993. The Don Richards Leadership Award was created in his honor. Recipients for this prestigious award are selected based on their vision for the communities in which they serve, their impact and their ability to involve others in the leadership process.
