The Alliance's ‘Experience the Trades’ Expo provides middle and high school students the opportunity to meet local employers and participate in hands-on demonstrations of career pathways in manufacturing and construction. This action-packed day will enrich students’ understanding of all aspects of the trades.

- Showcase your company’s innovations through hands-on demonstrations. Interactive activities such as assembling, welding, building, laying concrete are strongly recommended.
- Share with students details about your business, what types of jobs are available and examples of career pathways that exist at your company.
- Inspire students to consider careers within your industry, and begin to develop a pipeline of workers.
