This award celebrates up and coming professionals who have shown personal initiative, determination and commitment to their careers and their community. Tomorrow’s leaders are taking steps today to build a dynamic and meaningful path toward a better future for our community. They are taking strides to further themselves personally and professionally.

Congratulations to the 2026 Emerging Leaders of Waukesha County!

Marquea Goike
Extended Learning Coordinator, Hamilton High School
Marquea has transformed Career and Technical Education in her district, creating new opportunities for students while building stronger connections between education and industry. In just two years, she has launched impactful initiatives including a comprehensive job shadowing program, a structured internship pipeline, and expanded Youth Apprenticeship participation from fewer than 10 students annually to more than 50. She has elevated career readiness by increasing industry engagement, creating meaningful student recognition opportunities, and ensuring career-connected learning is visible throughout the school community. Her leadership extends beyond the district through active involvement with local business organizations and workforce development efforts, helping align educational programming with real-world industry needs. Marquea also established a Business Advisory Council and is leading the implementation of SPARK, an innovative profession-based learning program that brings together educators, employers, and community partners. Known for empowering others, she encourages teachers to embrace new ideas and provides the support needed for them to succeed. Through her vision, collaboration, and ability to build lasting partnerships, Marquea has created a culture of innovation that is positively impacting students, educators, and the broader community.

Ryan Kolln
Partner | EVP – Finance, Oliver Construction
Ryan has distinguished himself as a leader, community advocate, and connector who is committed to strengthening opportunities throughout Waukesha County. As Executive Vice President of Finance and Partner at Oliver Construction, he combines financial expertise with a relationship-driven approach to help businesses grow, invest, and succeed. He has played a key role in advancing projects that support economic development, job creation, and long-term community growth across the region. Beyond his professional responsibilities, Ryan is a passionate advocate for workforce development, actively supporting youth apprenticeship programs and helping connect students with meaningful career opportunities. Known for leveraging his extensive network to create opportunities for others, he consistently brings together educators, students, businesses, and community partners to drive positive outcomes. Ryan also leads the annual Oliver Open charitable golf outing, which has become a significant source of support for local nonprofits and families in need. Through his leadership, generosity, and commitment to service, Ryan has made a lasting impact on both the business community and the people of Waukesha County.

Tiffany May
Executive Vice President, Principal, Berghammer Construction
Tiffany is a strategic leader who has played a pivotal role in shaping Berghammer’s growth and industry presence since joining the company in 2021. She provides leadership across preconstruction, business development, client relations, and project management, driving innovation while helping position the company for long-term success. With more than two decades of experience in the construction industry, Tiffany is also a passionate advocate for women in construction and a dedicated mentor to emerging professionals. Her community involvement includes serving as Board President of She Builds Wisconsin, co-founding the organization’s Wisconsin chapter, and helping launch its inaugural event, which brought together nearly 200 women in the industry. She also serves on the board of Seeds of Health Charter Schools, where she supports initiatives that enhance educational opportunities and facilities for students. Through organizations such as TEMPO, WCREW, and Marquette University’s Construction Engineering Advisory Board, Tiffany continues to advance workforce development and industry engagement. Whether mentoring colleagues, supporting community organizations, or inspiring the next generation of construction leaders, Tiffany consistently demonstrates a commitment to leadership, service, and creating opportunities for others.

Tyler Taves
Tax Director, MLG Capital
Tyler has demonstrated exceptional leadership and performance in supporting the growth and success of MLG Capital’s expanding private funds platform. Since joining the firm in 2021, he has played a key role in strengthening the organization’s tax infrastructure, including leading the growth of the tax team from one to four professionals and bringing critical tax functions in-house. His efforts have improved efficiency, increased organizational capacity, and delivered greater value to investors while supporting the continued growth of MLG’s Legacy Fund. Tyler has also overseen the timely and accurate delivery of thousands of K-1s annually, helping maintain investor confidence and satisfaction amid increasing operational complexity. Beyond his professional responsibilities, he is deeply committed to community service through his involvement with MLG Cares, where he has helped support numerous nonprofit organizations and volunteer initiatives. As Chair of the MLG Cares Committee, he now helps guide the company’s philanthropic strategy and community partnerships. Through his hands-on leadership, mentorship, and commitment to continuous improvement, Tyler has made a lasting impact on both his organization and the broader community.

Heather Wojciechowski-DeCaire
Senior Director of Entertainment, Milwaukee Admirals
Heather exemplifies emerging leadership through her commitment to professional growth, community engagement, and service. She currently serves as Board Secretary for the Information Display & Entertainment Association (IDEA) and leads its Engagement & Social Media Committee, helping strengthen member connections and organizational impact. Her previous five years of service as IDEA’s Minor League Sports Advisory Representative further reflect her dedication and trusted leadership. Heather is also an active member of Tempo and Emerging Women Leaders, where she contributes to initiatives that support and empower future leaders. Her selection for the Elevate Leadership Winter 2026 Cohort highlights her ongoing investment in personal and professional development. Beyond her professional involvement, Heather has devoted significant time to community service through organizations including HAWS Emerging Leaders, the Waukesha Blazers Baseball Board, Big Bend Elementary School, the MACC Fund, and the State Fair Foundation. Through her leadership and volunteer efforts, Heather consistently makes a positive impact on both her industry and the broader community.

The 2026 winners will be celebrated at the Alliance’s 108th Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026 at the Brookfield Conference Center. Registration for the event is now open.
