Diversity Equity & Inclusion

Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) is fundamental to a vibrant business community and thriving economy. The Alliance is committed to building an inclusive culture in our community through outreach, education, options, advocacy, best practices for businesses, and more.

Utilizing the skills, concepts and ideas of our members creates a culture of continuous education, innovation and growth to ensure Waukesha County is the best place to live, work and play. The Alliance serves as a forum to connect employers to resources that will help them advance their DEI goals, foster a sense of belonging for employees, and attract diverse talent to our region.  With support from a network of member DEI practitioners, the Alliance hosts meaningful conversations with area employers to help them build more inclusive organizations and is developing strategies to bring new and diverse talent to Waukesha County.

From showcasing diverse speakers at our programs to advocating for public policies that address workforce barriers, the Alliance is committed to making diversity, equity and inclusion a strategic priority for business success and community prosperity.
