Patti Kneiser Named 2022 Advocate of the Year

The Alliance is proud to recognize Patti Kneiser, MHA, FACHE, of Froedtert Health, as this year’s Advocate of the Year!

The Waukesha County Advocate of the Year award celebrates an individual who has demonstrated incredible dedication to making Waukesha County a vibrant community. The award was created to honor and remember the late Bart Adams. Bart was a partner at Sikich LLP and chairman of the Alliance’s policy board. He was a consistent voice for business within the Alliance and the broader community. He liked to work behind the scenes and he embodied the characteristics of a dedicated leader.

Patti is President of Workforce Health, LLC and Vice President of Employer Services for Froedtert Health. In her role, Patti provides strategic direction and leadership for the Froedtert & the Medical College of Wisconsin health network’s employer services. These services include workplace clinics, occupational medicine and health and wellness programs offered through Workforce Health. She is also responsible for initiatives to strategically advance the health system’s growth and effectiveness in related businesses and other efforts to enhance quality of life in our communities. Patti also leads occupational health and wellness strategies for the health network’s nearly 24,000 staff, providers and learners.

Before starting in her current role with Froedtert Health, Patti served the health system in numerous leadership and consulting capacities. Her prior experience includes leadership positions at Horizon Healthcare and Aurora Health Care in Wisconsin, Fletcher Allen Health Care in Vermont, and in Clinical Laboratory Science at Altru Health System in North Dakota. She also led a health care strategy consulting business based in Wisconsin.

Patti holds a Master of Hospital and Health Care Administration degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from the University of North Dakota. She is board-certified in health care administration as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Patti currently serves as President of the Waukesha County Center for Growth Board of Directors, as well as a board member for Exceedent and Fisher House Wisconsin. In addition, she is member of the Alliance’s Economic Development Committee and Policy Board.  In her free time, Patti is an avid sports enthusiast, most recently pursuing the game of golf.
