Meet our newest Leadership Waukesha County class! This is the 29th class.

Andrew Alling, supplemental services supervisor for PDS Inc. – Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the supplemental services offering, managing the support technicians and supporting a diverse group of clients with varying needs on a 24/7/365 basis.

 

 

Jackie Bear, 2nd shift production manager at Aztalan Engineering, Inc. – Jackie’s role within the organization is to help second shift workers with structure and keep them on task.

 

 

 

Dan Bauman, systems operations center supervisor for We Energies – Dan oversees 10 electric distribution operators that operate the Western, Fox Valley and Upper Michigan electric distribution system. He has been with the company for 24 years.

 

 

Nick Burns, director of information services for the Milwaukee Regional Medical Center – Nick provides strategic oversight as well as day-to-day support functions in the realms of information technology and services.

 

 

Ashley Calvin, credit analyst for Waukesha State Bank – Ashley works closely with the commercial credit manager to prepare complete and accurate loan presentations that are used to determine risk involved in extending credit to commercial credit customers.

 

 

Danielle Carter, director of educational funding for Herzing University –Danielle manages the financial aid department for the Brookfield campus by administering and monitoring all sources of funding options while maintaining compliance.

 

 

Ben Clarke, corporate attorney for Godfrey & Kahn, S.C. – Ben advises clients on transactional matters, corporate governance issues and negotiating and drafting commercial agreements.

 

 

 

Kevin Cutts, project manager for MSI General Corporation – Kevin oversees the design-build project teams for the projects that he is assigned to ensure that the project meets the client’s needs and that the projects are delivered on time and under budget.

 

 

Megan Dabols, manager for inpatient therapy services for ProHealth Care – Megan manages the physical, occupational and speech therapy for patients who are admitted at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital or Shorehaven Health and Rehabilitation Center. Megan has been with the company for 17 years.

 

 

Anna Doll, recruitment manager for Girl Scouts of Wisconsin Southeast – Anna is responsible for executing effective recruiting strategies to increase girl and adult membership within an assigned geographical area.

Schuyler File, healthcare consultant for The Benefit Services Group – Schuyler provides data analytic-driven consulting solutions to employers and healthcare providers.

Lisa Grenfell, member engagement manager for the Wellness Council of Wisconsin – Lisa arms employers with cutting edge resources to help them reach their worksite wellness goals. Lisa leads the marketing and membership development of the Wellness Council of Wisconsin, and continues to ensure the growth of employers dedicated to the health and wellbeing of their employees.

 

 

Paul Hebein, operations supervisor for We Energies – Paul coordinates new construction completed by contractors and communicates with specific job owners, assuring construction standards are met, providing guidance and leadership to direct reports and assuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.

 

 

Lauren Hess, treasury management sales professional for Town Bank – Lauren focuses primarily on building business relationships and managing client expectations. She is an expert in treasury management solutions that can cut business costs, mitigate fraud, improve operating efficiencies and maximize the use of excess funds.

 

 

Matt Judson, Judson and Associates – Matt assists lessees, lessors, buyers and sellers in identifying a location, moving through the negotiation process and keeping to contingency deadlines.

Angela Kaczmarek, human resources manager for Hentzen Coating Inc –Angela handles all of the day to day various HR duties, as well as benefits and payroll. She has been with the company for almost 10 years.

 

 

 

Heather Kascht, senior events and programs coordinator for the Waukesha County Business Alliance – Heather oversees and supports the success of the events and programs hosted by the Alliance by managing logistics, details, budget and planning.

 

 

Mike Krawchyk, electric operations supervisor for We Energies – Mike supervises overhead and underground line maintenance employees.

 

 

 

Jim Larkin, vice president of the industrial brokerage group at Colliers International – Jim helps companies with all of their real estate needs both locally in Wisconsin or around the world.  He represents buyers, landlords, tenants and sellers in all types of industrial real estate transactions.

 

 

Matt LeDuc, gas operations supervisor for We Energies –Matt is responsible for natural gas operations in Waukesha and Delafield.

 

 

 

Holly Lemmer, human resources associate at E.H. Wolf and Sons –Being in HR, Holly has to be accessible to all employees, while still leading as a fourth generation member of the family owned business.

 

 

 

Justin Lex, service manager at Swimming Pool Services – Justin leads a team that services and maintains pools and spas on the aftermarket side of the business. He also runs the off-season franchise Christmas Decor by Swimming Pool Services during the winter months.

 

 

Christopher Luckey, manufacturing engineer for Hydro-Thermal Corporation – Christopher acts as a liaison between engineering design and production. He ensures the welding department is brought up to proper code and drives improvement throughout the shop.

 

 

 

Elizabeth Malosh, assistant nurse manager in the Clinical Cancer Center at Froedtert & The Medical College of Wisconsin – Elizabeth’s primary areas of accountability are in the Cancer Center Day Hospital and the new 24-hour Cancer Clinic.

Margherita Masi, shipping manager for Hentzen Coating Inc –Margherita is responsible for making sure all orders for the Milwaukee division are done and shipped to customer standards.

 

 

 

Lindsay Moisio, GE Capital Healthcare Financial Services –Lindsay provides transaction support to the healthcare financial services sales team.

 

 

 

Billy Niklasch, Waukesha/Milwaukee branch manager for Minute Men Staffing Services – Billy oversees the recruiting side of the business including strategy, coordination and order fulfillment.

 

 

 

Michael Panella, Swimming Pool Services – Michael oversees the retail store at Swimming Pool Services, and his role is to make it easy for people to have a pool or spa in their backyard.

 

 

 

Bridget Pedersen, marketing and business development manager for TourGuide Solutions – Bridget is responsible for strategic planning, tradeshow event planning, marketing, sales management and account management.

Jessica Pinkos, director of special projects for HAWS – Jessica coordinates transporting dogs into the shelter, plans the Annual Fall Fundraiser and builds relationships with the greater HAWS community.

 

 

 

 

Patty Reighter, testing center coordinator for Waukesha County Technical College – Patty coordinates the delivery of testing center services and manage testing center staff in order to provide a secure and confidential testing environment for college students and community members.

 

 

Jenny Roanhouse, Milwaukee Business Journal – Jenny works to increase The Business Journal’s audience. As member of The Business Journal’s management team she contributes to setting and implementing the strategic direction of the paper.

Leemaris Rodriguez, team leader for We Energies – Leemaris communicates with and helps employees achieve the company’s vision, goals, policies, procedures and expectations.

 

 

 

Alisha Schulz, financial advisor for Jannsen Wealth Management – Alisha specializes in the management of employer-sponsored retirement plans.

 

 

 

Angela Smith, director of communications & events for the National Christian Foundation – Angela serves on a team that oversees all Foundation outreach, marketing, communications and event planning.

 

 

 

Matt Sullivan, business development manager at ABR Employment – Matt is primarily responsible for managing a growing team of sales and account executives whose directive is to attract and retain new business.

 

 

 

Jake Thomas, account manager for Fairchild Equipment – Jake grows the market and maintains current relationships for Fairchild and Hyster-Yale Group.

 

 

 

Steven Tre Hartl, digital marketing manager for PDS Inc. – Steven oversees all digital marketing activities for the company including email, social, SEO, web and partner marketing.

 

 

 

Megan Tzanoukakis, fulfillment & systems manager at Sussex IM – Megan is responsible for the fulfillment functions for in-house brands, as well as special projects related to manufacturing and operations.
