Hearing from the Candidates: 5th Senate & 82nd Assembly Districts

The race for the 5th Senate District and 82nd Assembly District is ongoing. Both are open seats in the Wisconsin Legislature, meaning both districts will have new representation regardless of outcome of the race. As part of the Alliance’s commitment to keeping our members informed on issues affecting the business community, we invited all candidates running for these seats to share their perspectives on key business and economic issues.

Candidates were asked to respond to questions covering Wisconsin’s business competitiveness, state budgeting, taxes, and other issues that impact businesses and the communities they serve.
