As our 107th year comes to a close, the Alliance would like to extend our sincere thanks to our members, partners, sponsors, committee members and champions. Your support, engagement, and leadership make our work possible, and we are incredibly grateful.

While we hope to see you at one of our programs in 2026, please know that even when you don’t see our team in action, we are working every day on your behalf. Together, we remain committed to making Waukesha County the best place to live, work, and play. Here are a few highlights from an incredible year:

  • Inaugural Legislative Day in Madison: Brought business leaders together with state policymakers to elevate key regional priorities.
  • Infrastructure Coalition Building: Led advocacy efforts supporting the I-94 West expansion to improve workforce access and long-term competitiveness.
  • Environmental Policy Engagement: Supported smart, balanced regulations, including favorable outcomes related to EPA ozone standards.
  • Business Survey: Delivered data-driven insights on local economic and workforce conditions through our annual business survey.
  • Schools2Skills™: Connected hundreds of students with local employers and in-demand careers through industry tours.
  • Experience the Trades Expo: Record participation of 1,500 students at our expo strengthened the talent pipeline for manufacturing and construction.
  • Discovering Health Care Expo: Engaged more than 1,000 students in hands-on health care careers.
  • Leadership Waukesha County: Graduated more than 40+ business and community leaders through this longstanding leadership program.
  • 107th Annual Meeting: Welcomed more than 500 regional leaders to celebrate business success and recognize award recipients.
  • Award winners: Recognized rising professionals and organizations making a meaningful impact across our community.
  • Member-Focused Programming: Through Professional Women’s Development Network, Young Professionals of Waukesha County, Policy Insights, and more, our members gained knowledge, connections and professional development.
  • Ribbon Cuttings & Groundbreakings: Marked business expansions, new locations, and reinvestment through ribbon cutting and groundbreaking celebrations. A strong indicator of a resilient local economy.

This year demonstrated what’s possible when business leaders, educators, policymakers, and community partners work together. Thank you for your trust, engagement, and commitment. We’re proud of what we accomplished together and excited to build on this momentum in 2026.
