Emerging Leaders of Waukesha County

Do you know a rising professional, 45 years or younger, who is making a significant impact in their company or community? Across Waukesha County, emerging leaders are demonstrating initiative, drive, and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. These individuals are stepping up, taking on new challenges, and contributing to the success of their organizations and the vibrancy of our communities. Whether they are leading innovative projects at work or volunteering their time and talents to make a difference locally, these are the leaders shaping the future. Nominate an Emerging Leader and help us recognize those who are inspiring others and setting the standard for leadership in our region.

The Alliance is accepting nominations for its 2025 awards, which will be celebrated at the 107th Annual Meeting on September 11, 2025, at the Brookfield Conference Center.

All award nominations close April 30, 2025. Any nominations submitted after April 30th will be considered for 2026.

Submission Requirements:

• Nominees must be age 45 and under.
• All nominees must live or work in Waukesha County.

Judging criteria includes, but is not limited to:

• Leadership traits - displays integrity, collaboration, commitment, inclusivity, accountability and a growth and results orientation.
• Team player - works to actively improve the team/group.
• Professional achievement - success in reaching specific professional goals.
• Personal and professional development - pursues educational opportunities and learning experiences.
