Emerging Leaders of Waukesha County
Do you know a rising professional, 45 years or younger, who is making a significant impact in their company or community? Across Waukesha County, emerging leaders are demonstrating initiative, drive, and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. These individuals are stepping up, taking on new challenges, and contributing to the success of their organizations and the vibrancy of our communities. Whether they are leading innovative projects at work or volunteering their time and talents to make a difference locally, these are the leaders shaping the future. Nominate an Emerging Leader and help us recognize those who are inspiring others and setting the standard for leadership in our region.
Award winners will be recognized at the Alliance's Annual Meeting on Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Submission Requirements:
- Nominees must be age 45 and under.
- All nominees must live, work or do business in Waukesha County.
Judging criteria includes, but is not limited to:
- Excellence in their role
- Community involvement
- Leadership traits
