Alliance Announces Promotions of Three Key Team Members

The Waukesha County Business Alliance is proud to announce the well-deserved promotions of three outstanding members of our team: Sophia Heimos, Kennedy Metcalf, and Lexi Podjasek. Each of these individuals has made significant contributions to the Alliance and consistently goes above and beyond to support our members and our mission.

Sophia Heimos | Events & Marketing Manager
In her role, Sophia leads the planning and execution of the Alliance’s annual and recurring programs, as well as our annual awards. She also manages the Alliance’s content calendar and oversees all email communications to keep our members informed and engaged.

Kennedy Metcalf | Office Coordinator
In addition to her core responsibilities supporting the Alliance’s daily operations, Kennedy plays an important role in our events and marketing efforts, including support of Leadership Waukesha County and our Schools2Skills™ program.

Lexi Podjasek | Workforce Development Manager
Lexi leads the Alliance’s business and education programming, including student career expos and our Schools2Skills™ program. She also oversees ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings, supporting members as they celebrate important milestones.
