Using tools through the BetterCulture platform, this program consists of workshops, self-guided study, and networking opportunities to empower individuals to take on greater leadership roles within their organizations, the region, and their own lives!

LWC 2.0 Facilitator

Jerry Pettigrew serves as Vice President of Talent for the Waukesha County Business Alliance, where he leads the organization’s talent and workforce efforts. In his role, Jerry works closely with employers, educators, and community partners to strengthen leadership pipelines, address workforce challenges, and prepare the next generation of talent.

With an extensive background in facilitation and leadership development, Jerry is passionate about helping individuals and organizations grow. He is known for his ability to connect people, foster productive conversations, and translate complex workforce issues into actionable strategies that deliver results for businesses and the broader community.

Investment

As a premier professional development opportunity, participation requires a reasonable monetary and time investment. The program includes seven in-person sessions taking place on Wednesdays from 8:30 - 10:00 a.m.

Individual Registration: $1,150
