The Alliance is actively advocating for the expansion of I-94 from Highway SS to the Waukesha County line. While the project was briefly included in the state budget thanks to support from Senator Bradley and County Executive Farrow, a gubernatorial veto means the next step is through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation’s Transportation Projects Commission (TPC) process and we need your support.
We’re asking businesses and organizations to sign on to a letter of support urging WisDOT to include the I-94 expansion in its list of recommendations to the TPC by the statutory deadline of October 15. The letter will be submitted by September 2. Adding your name and organization’s logo demonstrates strong, unified support from the regional business community.

We’ve expanded our next Infrastructure Policy Committee meeting to all Alliance members. Members of the Waukesha legislative delegation have also been invited. Officials from Waukesha County Public Works will present on traffic trends, crash data, and projected growth and explain why this expansion is so critical.
