The Waukesha County Advocate of the Year celebrates an individual who has demonstrated incredible dedication to making Waukesha County a vibrant community.

Don Richards Leadership Award

The Don Richards Leadership Award was created in his honor in 1993 to inspire and motivate business people to take active leadership roles in the community.
