Flores Automation is growing! Due to our continued success we have an immediate need to add an experienced control panel builder to our team. If you have experience fabricating and wiring control panels and like a family yet fast paced environment, we encourage you to apply. The position is at our headquarters in Muskego, WI which includes a modern manufacturing facility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities will be to build control panels per our in-house engineered designs. This includes metal cutting and drilling, wire cutting, labeling, and termination, and general fabrication necessary to meet our high-quality standards. You will also enjoy assisting our engineering team in point-to-point continuity testing and design improvements.

Education & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years panel building experience preferred
