Transportation and housing can provide significant barriers to employment for some employees. However, there are innovative solutions being put into action by many employers in our community. This group of industry leaders will provide insight into the unique solutions they have implemented to solve challenges surrounding workforce transportation and housing.

Capri Senior Communities has partnered with Uber to implement a cost-sharing transportation program for employees.
Quad has expanded its current ride-share program for those who lack reliable and affordable transportation.
