    • Centare encourages and engages in community outreach both charitably and professionally. Charitably, we’ve sponsored and participated in Al's Run, Habitat for Humanity, the Hunger Task Force, the Wounded Warrior Project and others. Professionally, Centare participates in various technology and industry user groups in SE Wisconsin and sponsors the Milwaukee chapter of Girls in Tech to embrace and encourage the increased participation of women in the tech industry.
    • We routinely host 'Hacker Nights' and 'Game Nights' to connect with other software developers and gamers for nights of learning and fun. We also host free, one day Dev Workshops which are open to all local software developers who want to learn about and work within the latest developing technologies.

     

    Additionally, we recently developed the CAP (Centare Apprentice Practitioner) program in which we hired six college graduates, developed a six-month curriculum and schedule, and led them through the training. Each graduate of the CAP program is now placed in the workforce as a highly-skilled field consultant or software developer. The CAP program has benefited the graduates, Centare's staff, and the clients we work with. The CAP program is entering it’s second year in 2014.

    Finally, Centare has seen impressive growth in revenue, staff, and market expansion. Centare has experienced 30% growth in revenue for 2011, 2012 and 2013. In the last two years we have opened up offices in Madison and Chicago, and have grown from a staff of 35 to 115.
